How It Works
This pre-conference offering is designed with flexibility in mind. All participants will complete the full Behavioral First Responder Level 1 training on Saturday (8 hours, in-person). You’ll earn a certificate of completion and leave with practical tools to manage behavioral challenges in the field.

Want to go deeper? You can opt to stay for a second day (Sunday) to complete Behavioral First Responder Level 2, which expands on Level 1 with more theory, case studies, and strategies for program managers and returning staff. You’ll earn a second certificate and complete the full BFR certification series in one weekend.
